I have had the pleasure of working with Chris and Victoria, I am truly blown away by the quality of service this team provides! With having less than poor experiences with other Realtors it has been a blessing to work with both Chris and Victoria. This team is very well versed and educated in all aspects of real estate. From first introductions, showings, offers and closings everting was always professional and accurate. They took care of me as if I were family. I would highly recommend anyone working with this trusted team!

SEAN

We have had the pleasure of having Christopher Toste as our real estate agent for the purchase and sale of two of our homes. He is professional at all times, very flexible with his schedule, patient, and always available to answer any questions you may have (no matter the time of day!). His passion, along with his knowledge and honesty about real estate is evident the moment you start working with him. We are so happy in our new home and would highly recommend Chris for the sale & purchase of your home. Should we ever need a realtor again (hopefully not soon) we will definitely go with Christopher Toste again!

Dora and Matt Hanson

Purchasing your home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make. Having Chris as our agent, provided us the confidence and peace of mind we needed to make this investment in the hot Toronto housing market. Chris listened to our needs and was committed to making sure we found the right home. His sincerity, dedication, and commitment made us sure we were making the right decision when we purchased our home. Chris is not only knowledgeable, he is genuine and the only agent I will always refer to my family and friends. Thank-you Chris!!

Marianne and Danny, Toronto

We were so happy to have been introduced to Chris. We were both nervous and anxious to look for our first starter home and we couldn’t be happier to have Chris help us. He listened to everything we said and even though we were quite picking with the home we were looking for; Chris never gave up in searching and was very patient along the way. We also never felt pressured to buy a home or to settle with what was shown to us. When we finally found our home Chris still didn’t leave our side as he helped us with every detail of the closing. He is a dedicated, hardworking and patient Realtor and I have already recommended him to family and friends.

Karen and Steven Silva

Chris brings with him the experience, knowledge, kindness and professionalism that you need by your side during the home buying/selling process. We had the sincere pleasure to work with him and his team of elite professionals on the sale of our condo which resulted in great success. In addition, we worked with him to find us our perfect home for our family. Chris ensured that he guided us through every step of the way and was always ready to answer our millions of questions with such kindness. Even after the sale, he made sure that we knew he was still there for us. We highly recommend Chris as he brings the human touch that many other professionals lack. To him, it's not just about buying or selling but it is about the people behind the assets. Our family could not have asked for a better realtor on one of the biggest changes of our lives.

Mike, Melanie and Nikki, Mississauga

Due to health related issues within our family, it became necessary to sell our home. This was a stressful period for our family and having Christopher help us through this made things easier. His calm but professional demeanor coupled with his warmth and dedication really was a great match for our needs. He communicated openly and frequently with us never making us feel like he was too busy. In the end, we sold our home and were extremely happy with the outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

John and Camila

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for selling our condo and help us find the perfect home for our growing family. You went above and beyond to help us staging our condo. With your professional input, we were able to sell our condo in less than a week and within our asking price. Thank you for being so patient in the search for our perfect home. You knew exactly what we were looking for which saved so much of our time. You showed us houses that met our long list of criteria and within our budget. This is so helpful with our busy schedules. I would highly recommend you to anyone who is looking to sell their house and in search of a new home!

Alex and Candy, Toronto

I am grateful to consider Chris a friend and there was a comfort zone to his personality. Chris presented himself in a professional calm manner, most knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and guidance through the negotiation process. I was very pleased with the time in which the house was sold, and would highly recommend him. Thank you again, Chris, and if there is any need in the future, I will be calling on you and will highly recommend you to all friends and family.

Kevin, Toronto

Hi, just a note to say thanks for all you have done for us throughout this process. As first time buyers, we had a lot of unanswered questions regarding the purchase of our home. Thank you for providing the answers to many of these and giving us informed advice on the homes that we visited!

Ann Smith

Chris did an excellent job helping us purchase our new home. He was fully invested in helping us with this process from day one. He immediately started sending us listings that incorporated the items on our wish list. When viewing homes Chris helped us visualize the potential of each property. Often the process of purchasing a new home is stressful however, Chris made our experience enjoyable. He worked with our busy schedule, communicated openly, and provided us with insights on the real estate market. His experience and knowledge of the GTA definitely helped with making this purchase a seamless process. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase a home and we will continue to use him in the future.

Anton and Shannon, Mississauga

My Wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chris in both the purchase of our new home and a rental then later sale of our other home. He is very knowledgeable, and really knows his stuff. He helped us find a tenant for our rental property, then later helped us sell the same property which took maybe two weeks to sell. When it came to finding a new home, he would only show us what we were looking for, and never pressured us into anything.

Aaron and Allison, Milton

We had the pleasure working with Chris in selling our condo unit. Chris was professional and worked hard to ensure that our place was appealing to buyers. He was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and guided us along the way. We were impressed with the quick turnaround in selling our unit and we would recommend Chris in a heartbeat. Thanks Chris & team!

Kevin & Lisa, Toronto

It was a pleasure working with Christopher Toste in finding our first home! He was patient, kind, and very experienced and knowledgeable in the home/relestate business. He was honest when questions were asked about the homes. We felt very comfortable with Christopher and never did we feel pressured into anything. He even made sure that each step was completed successfully and never once made us feel alone during the process. He made this experience enjoyable and we will always be thankful for that. We will definitely be referring Christopher to friends and family. We thank you Christopher for everything you have done and being there every step of the way. You have given us the ability to provide our family a home so you will never be forgotten. Thank you again!

Kimberly, Christopher & Amelia

I wanted to take the time to thank our amazing realtor Chris Toste. He worked endlessly with our demands, our schedule restrictions and often our different points of views to be able to find us our first home in our desired neighbourhood. When we received our keys, Chris took the time to customize design each key to a little about ourselves. (I.e my husband’s key was made on a Montreal Canadians key) This attention to detail showed us even more what we already knew about Chris. His thoughtfulness, compassion and professionalism is next level. We could not have asked for a better realtor to help us with this exciting yet stressful process. When in need of buying or selling your home we highly recommend Christopher Toste, not only will your expectations be surpassed but you will also be in great hands! It was such a pleasure to be working with you and knowing that we were working with someone who cared for us. Should we ever need work with a realtor in the future (even though I am incredibly happy in my current home) we will always use Christopher Toste.

Shannon and Anton

We have been in our home for two years and are truly grateful. We are especially grateful to Chris who keeps in touch with us to ensure that everything is going great. This is an added touch that not many realtors do but Chris does it. It is touching to know that we are not just a number but people behind the purchase. Chris offers this to his clients and when the deal is done, don't expect the great service to end. Thank you!

Michael Teixeira

We had such a pleasure working with Chris when he sold my husband’s childhood home and more recently, our marital home, which sold in 3 days!! He helped us with everything we needed (and I mean everything!) and always kept our best interests in mind. Chris is very professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail and very easy to work with. We are recommending Chris to everyone we know!

Alaina Didiano

As a single, middle-aged woman, the thought of buying her first home was very overwhelming. However, Chris was a very patient, professional and personable Realtor who was able to take into account my needs (and wants) while guiding me towards a very beautiful condo with a terrace in Toronto! What a dream come true! Chris will guide you effortlessly through the process. He has a tremendous wealth of knowledge of the housing market and connections to other trades and professionals. I do not hesitate to recommend Chris as THE realtor for your next sale or purchase!

Maria, Toronto

My fiancée and I were first-time home buyers and didn’t know all that much about the home-buying process. Chris took his time and walked us through each step of the process as it came up, and really made it a seamless experience. His knowledge of the finance and housing market, his straight forwardness, and his attention to detail are all exceptional. What stands out above all else though… is Chris’s integrity. We knew throughout that we were in good hands, and that he had our best interests at heart. We would absolutely recommend Chris to family and friends.

Barb and Jason

Last summer, when we decided to sell our condo and live as tenants for a while until we buy a new home, Christopher Toste was our obvious choice as a real estate agent since we have already dealt with him on a previous condo sale, and came to know him then as a knowledgeable, highly-experienced and trustworthy real estate professional. Before listing our condo, Chris made a focused effort to find us a suitable rental apartment that meets all our requirements, and he managed to achieve that within a relatively short time. He then systematically went about the various stages of the sale process, while keeping us well-informed in every step of the way, and providing his expert input to help us make the right decisions when the offers from prospective buyers started coming in. All told, our condo was successfully sold, and Chris was permanently established in our mind as our friendly go to realtor for future home sale and purchase.

May and Hussein, Mississauga

Chris did an amazing job for us during the Covid Pandemic. Rentals in toronto are a tough one right now but Chris got our condo rented in less then a week and for full asking price. He took care of all the details, even got the condo cleaned and touched up for our amazing new rental. Weather you are looking for your first home and need a tenant in a rental property Chris Toste has it all covered.

Marco

Chris did an outstanding job helping us find our first home together. He was extremely professional, timely in his responses and was always thinking of properties that would be best suited to us (and our list of needs). He truly wanted to make sure that we found our perfect home and he was able to do just that! Chris is very patient and takes the time to explain everything, which really meant a lot to us. We trust him greatly and are looking forward to working with him again in the future! Thanks again for all your help!!!

Kristen & Matt

We had the pleasure of working with Chris for the past couple of months in the big search for our first home and I can truly say our expectations were beyond met. He was very flexible with his time, driving wherever he needed to go without hesitation and during a pandemic to say the least. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and very honest, which as first time home owners we truly appreciated. I did want to also mention how patient he was as we were dealing with buying our first home and wanted to make sure it was THE house, he never ever made us feel pressured just the exact opposite of that. Thank you again Chris for everything and we look forward to working with you again in the future for house #2!

Anthony and Amanda Temperato

I am so blessed to have crossed paths with you Christopher. You have helped me find and purchase two beautiful homes which gave me many treasured memories. You are a hard working, dedicated, and determined realtor to work with and you have found the perfect homes for me despite how meticulous and picky I am... you listen to every detail I give and I have given you free rain to find that perfect home and so you did twice. Thank you so much ... I love my new home and am excited to pull up the driveway each time. Even after my home was purchased you continuously helped with questions I had and always gave me great honest advise. Not only have you helped me with my previous home and my new home... you have helped my two boys get into the housing market and they are enjoying their newest home a...
